Senator Kimbrell Railroads Concerned Citizen in Senate Medical Affairs Subcommittee
Is this how an elected official should treat constituents who have concerns?
On January 30, 2025, the SC Senate Medical Affairs Subcommittee held a hearing on S.2. A concerned citizen, Heather Teichmann, shared her concerns about the bill. Instead of listening to her concerns, Senator Josh Kimbrell twisted her testimony, spoke down to her, and continuously interrupted Mrs. Teichmann.
Is this how we treat constituents who have concerns about growing government?
Listen to Senator Kimbrell’s comments below:
Thank you for getting this information out. Exposure is so important. You can find the whole testimony on S2 (https://legiscan.com/SC/text/S0002/2025) here:

The informed consent and quarantine/isolation language in the bill are identical to that of S54 (https://legiscan.com/SC/text/S0054/2025.) The authors of that bill sat down with Simmer to "hash out language" to create a "passable bill." There are concerns with that bill that are not being addressed by the authors. Here is another article of concern on bill S54:

To be blunt; HE IS AN ASS!
